Building a Modern Creative Organization

Joining Comcast as was an opportunity to do more than create great work. It was a chance to help shape the creative organization behind it. Together with leaders across the business, we built a shared creative language, elevated the craft, and fostered a culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration.

Role: Executive Creative Director

Finding the brand's voice

Working alongside design partners, we reimagined the visual foundation of Comcast—from identity and typography to color, photography, gradients, and motion. The goal wasn't simply to look more contemporary, but to create a flexible system the entire team could build from.

Turning the system into stories

Every story was an opportunity to reinforce the brand while finding its own voice. From long-form documentaries and campaigns to social storytelling, we built a more consistent narrative across every platform and audience.

Designing the digital experience

The website became the digital home for Comcast's stories and one of its strongest brand expressions. My team shaped its editorial voice through visual storytelling, page design, photography, and motion, helping turn it into a trusted source of truth for the organization.

Experiencing the brand

Some stories are experienced rather than viewed. From executive keynotes and product launches to community initiatives and cultural moments, we brought the brand to life through experiences that informed, inspired, and connected people to Comcast.

Communicating from within

Not every project is public, but every project shapes culture. From executive presentations to internal identities and reporting systems, we brought the same level of craft to the work that supported the organization itself.

Building the team

A stronger brand starts with a stronger team. I focused on finding great people, helping them grow, and creating an environment where they had the confidence and ownership to lead. My goal was to build the kind of creative team I always wanted to be part of.

The work mattered. So did the environment that made the work possible. My role was to build both.
