Building a Modern Creative Organization
Comcast Creative Group
As Executive Creative Director at Comcast, I had the opportunity to do more than create great work. It was a chance to build the creative organization behind it. Together with leaders across the business, we grew the creative team, built a shared creative language, elevated the craft, and brought greater consistency to everything we made.
Finding the brand's voice
Working alongside Venturethree, we developed a flexible identity system that could scale across every team, platform, and experience. My team created the guidelines, governance, and rollout tools that brought it to life. We also built Brand Hub, giving internal teams and agency partners one place to find everything they needed to use the brand consistently.

Turning the system into stories
A brand becomes meaningful through the stories it tells. From innovation and technology to community impact and culture, these campaigns carried one creative system across every audience and platform while giving each story its own voice.

Building the digital home
Built in partnership with Code and Theory, Comcast's corporate website became the digital home for its stories. My team shaped the day-to-day experience through page design, visual storytelling, photography, and motion, helping the brand evolve long after launch.

Bringing people together
Some stories are better experienced than explained. From product launches and executive keynotes to community events and cultural moments, we designed experiences that helped people connect with Comcast in more human ways.

Extending the brand
Brands are built in the details. From annual reports and thought leadership to new initiatives, environmental graphics, and internal communications, we applied the same creative system across the work that keeps an organization moving.

Building the team
A stronger creative organization starts with its people. I focused on finding great talent, helping them grow, and creating an environment where people had the confidence and ownership to lead. My goal was to create the kind of creative team I always wanted to be part of.
The work mattered. So did the environment that made the work possible. My role was to build both.
